- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wasn't very helpful at all about downloading a return label on their computer. I wasn't asking for much and since I was the only one in there the customer assistance should've been better. So I will have to wait until the post office open. Also made a little remark about me not knowing how to access my Google account after asking if I was on the right thing so I knew it was time for me to leave after that smart remark.By Lisa Vines, May 09, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The main guy who works there is very condescending and does not listen to you at all. I called again to cancel a package and got left on hold for 10 minutes because they "forgot about me". I called again to ask where my refund was and he spent 10 minutes explaining how they used a box already and that $19 of my $40 would only be refunded for a package that never left the store within 2 hours after I dropped it off.By Caitlin Regalia, January 06, 2017
