- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆HORRIBLE. I've lived in the area for 6 months. I have had 3 packages "lost" when they arrive at the local office. I also had 3 separate family members at Christmas say that christmas cards had been returned to them because my address was "undeliverable" stamped by Starkville Post Office, yet I looked at their envelopes......address was perfectly correct.By Kristi Jefcoats, September 17, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was treated very poorly when trying to mail a package at this location. The box I was mailing was white and had previously been used. I had used a permanent black ink marker to blackout any info visible on the box. I had mailed packages like this many times previously. However, this young lady decided that this box had to be an alcohol box and dud not want to mail it. She couldn't show me anywhere on the box where it said anything about alchol. She finally took the box and I paid to mail it. As I was leaving a gentleman yelled across the post office to the young lady saying" (her name) are you having fun???" She replied with a very chipper and defiant tone,"YES". At that moment I felt as if this is something that she frequently does to the white customers. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff is terribly rude. They do the bare minimum required of them, seeming to not even understand the basics of their job. I received government paperwork 3 weeks after I was expecting it, and the delivery driver dated the delivery two days before she delivered it, I can only assume to cover up her own mistake.By blackzach9, April 20, 2017
